Check in - Saturday Morning — 7:30am - 8:15am

Sign Club Liability Waiver
Tech Inspection
Driver Orientation - Note: all drivers must attend orientation. — 8:20am
No one will be allowed to drive on the track if they have not completed Driver Orientation.
Drivers must show valid drivers license and insurance.
Drivers must have signed all liability waivers
Morning Track Laps — 9am - 11:45pm
Minimum of 3 runs (4 for pre-registers) on the track
Pace laps
Group Picture — 11:45 am - 12:30pm
Lunch Buffet : 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Afternoon Track laps — 1pm 4pm
(Note: Children under 14 years of age are not allowed on or near the track, nor can they ride in vehicles on the track. Drivers must show valid drivers license and insurance. Due to this restriction all attendees must be 14 years of age or older. )

5:00 PM - Check in for dinner
5:00 pm - Museum tour opens
5:30 pm - Cash Bar
6:30 pm - Hors d’oeuvres
7:30 pm - Dinner (Menu)
